Returns and Delivery
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items damaged during delivery or sent incorrectly will be fixed at Mr. Mobility's expense. You may return non-defective merchandise within 30 days of receipt – except for batteries (see below for battery return policy). To qualify for a return, please note the following:
- Product must be clean, unused and in its original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Items must be returned within 30 days
- You must have a return authorization number to qualify for a return (see below)
15% Restocking Fee
There is a 15% restocking fee on all:
- Electric Wheelchairs
- Electric Scooters
- Lift chairs
- Wheelchair cushions
- Vehicle Lifts
- Heavy duty wheelchairs
If you decide to cancel more than 24 hours after ordering, we must charge a 15% cancellation fee, even if you have not yet received the item. We may not be able to stop shipment of your item at this point.
Return Instructions
Return Authorization Form
Once you have met the above requirements you will need to obtain a return authorization number and a return address. Please call us at 1-800-555-2909 Monday - Friday 9am to 5 pm EST or fill out the request for return authorization form.
Battery Return Policy
Battery Return requests must fall under the following guidelines:
- Proof of Purchase is required.
- A Return Request must be submitted to Mr. Mobility within 14-days from the date you receive your product(s). A Mr. Mobility associate will then provide you with a Return Authorization Number, which must be clearly indicated on all return shipments.
- Return shipments must be received by Mr. Mobility within 45-days from the date you receive your product(s).
- Product(s) must be in unused, unopened and resalable condition.
- Refusal of shipment may be subject to a Return Fee.
- Refunds will be issued based on or in the same manner as original payment method and are typically processed within 14-days after the product has been received.
- Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted or may be subject to a Return Fee. A Return Fee of 15% may be assessed for damaged/missing packaging. A 15% Return Fee may be assessed for refusal of shipment to cover processing expenses. Return Fees will be applied by reducing the refund amount.
